Rick Mallett, Vice President/Treasurer, worked for the City of Woodland Park, Colorado, for over 11 years, quickly working his way up to Supervisor of Distribution and Collection (water/wastewater) for the Public Works Department. He supervised all utility construction projects as well as various infrastructure service and repairs. During his time with the City he gained valuable knowledge of safety, management, and utility construction and operations, acquiring licenses in both Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection through the State of Colorado. He also participated in and was certified in a number of OSHA certification classes. In 1995, Rick was contacted by a local research & development company in need of an owner rep & project manager to oversee the development of a 300-acre parcel including construction of a 65,000 square foot manufacturing building, and all associated infrastructures for the property. He was employed as a manager there for 6 years before deciding to make a full-time commitment to Mallett Excavating.

Anne Mallett, President/Secretary, has worked for many years in administration and business support before coming to Mallett Excavating. Her experience includes resource management, project management and business analysis. Anne has been employed by Mallett Excavating full-time since February 2003. Her responsibilities include estimating, marketing, business development, bookkeeping, accounts receivable & payable, and payroll.

Travis Mallett has worked for our company for the past 8 years and is an excellent operator of all our equipment. He is especially proficient with our Bobcat T300 making him a great asset to us with Level 2 road work.
